I have been using Kami for several years, I really love that it brings PDFs to life and allows for annotation. This is super helpful when presenting in front of a group of participants.
The text boxes are annoying, placing and using them is just a pain, again writing with a mouse is just a bad idea.
I like to keep kami so that when I need to fill out a form or take a screenshot of any web page and mark it with notes and ideas. It is a good product safe and reliable.
I am jealous of my colleagues who can use the app on their android phones.
The thing we like best is how easily it works with Chrome (on our Chromebooks). Teachers love being able to assign PDFs and have Kami help students interact with these types of files.
For instance, a comment that pertains to page 1 can spill onto page 2 and it can be confusing as to what page it belongs to.
I love how easy this software is to use. The sidebar of tools is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Sometimes the system lags and work written down disappears but this isn't a common problem. It might be an internet problem on my end.
