The company and the people who work for the company are really nice and helpful. Their customer service is excellent.
Not enough content regarding different exercises and modes of exercise customer support is awful.
I love that Fitbudd can personalize the app with my branding and logo to make it look like my very own app. My clients love the follow along feature.

People are not able to "browse" the app and get an error message unless they have been preloaded by admin. Can not view or purchase packages without a separate email.
The customer support is outstanding. I love the different metrics that the app provides so that you can track multiple aspects of client progress.

I think the biggest weakness is the messaging system. Coaches don't like using a separate app for communication and clients prefer using texts.

The only missing feature I can think of is a community feature where challenge participants can connect with each other (off of Facebook). This feature is coming soon.
