We are integrating self-service ordering with Simphony, and it is a good solution that works for a huge amount of monthly transactions.
Micros NYC/Oracle is by far the worst software installers/developers that I have ever worked with. Make a wise choice, don’t choose Oracle Simphony.

Before we had MarginEdge, we were using Excel spreadsheets, QuickBooks only, and data coming from our point-of-sale system that was taking us days, weeks, or even months to get the data we needed. I guess the main selling point was when I spoke to Michael Richmond and he let me know his extense history and background in the restaurant industry. So I wanted to work with people that understood restaurants, and that's what we're doing today. Getting started with MarginEdge was extremely easy. Videos for help and assistance were always available and everyone was a phone call away when needed, so we were able to get started very quickly. I would definitely recommend MarginEdge if you're looking for ways to get all the great data from your point-of-sale system into your accounting software. I would call them right away. I wouldn't delay. I would get in and do a test and watch some videos and see what they have to offer. You will not be disappointed.
