YouLi vs Intelitour: Which is a better fit?

The seamless integration with my website has been great. It has so many clever little things that have saved me hours of time.

UI/UX feels dated / difficult to use esp for people that are color blind.

I love how intuitive it is to use, and I also LOVE the reminders, it makes it super easy to keep track of everyone.

I did have an issue where a individual signed up instead of signing up as a group, and there was no easy way to fix that but have him deleted and forced to sign up again.

The Youli team is wonderful and their customer support is the best I've ever had. I've always had great support and any issue resolved.

The only feature I'm not crazy about is the inventory management, but we are getting around it. I'll see how it all works out once we get enough data put in to run reports.

And super easy to keep track of everyone. We also love being able to send the waivers, itinerary, important docs, etc. all in one place.

We came to YouLi to solve a problem for small group tour operators who are using email and spreadsheets off platform.

Everything has been a process, but each time it is to improve and make the work more efficient, because of how harmonious it is, it is easy to understand the updates, therefore it is a great tool.

For example, if a flight is too early, the system could send a warning explaining the drive time and noting that the room may not be ready.

The interface is intuitive and easy to use, making the experience enjoyable, reliable, clear, and comprehensive in every record and change made.

However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact the overall functionality or user experience.

With this operating system has been fantastic. It's not only reliable and efficient but also offers a range of features that cater to my needs.

This is a difficult question as there isn't really anything specific I dislike about it. I'm an admin, so I receive notifications every hour about important changes made by employees.

Improves the efficiency of the day-to-day business with easy and quick access to important information and superior tools.

My experience is limited; however, it is a very complete and functional system.
