OmniMD vs CureMD: Which is a better fit?

The two things that I really like is that the software does everything we need from scheduling to billing. The other great thing about the product is the excellent customer service.

My experience with all the government changes with software is horrible, requiring me to take the time to learn something new way too often.

Billing service is EXCELLENT, reliable and easy to contact- you have a personal team dedicated to you and so you build a relationship with your contact person.

They have very poor support. The interface is very glitchy and slow.

Great ability to back and fourth between programs. Great services and help and will guide you through any problems that you have.

But the program is very frustrating and also only works properly the old internet explorer. The program will also erase your data- however these issues are ALWAYS the users fault.

Overall I am happy with the EHR. It satisfies my day to day needs for an EHR and billing service has been superb.

I sent the information in for what I wanted with a lot of the EHR. It was difficult to keep up my documentation.

We are a three Physician set up, and have been using CureMD for five years. I am most impressed with the ease of use and great customer support.

Worst customer service, they just expect everyone to be a doctor so when an IT professional deals with them they are clueless.

It's been four years since I am using CureMD's specialty ehr for my practice, I can proudly say that I am a loyal and happy customer.

They disrupted EOB reconciliation, making it difficult to determine patient balances. The is terrible software by an unethical company.

My experience with CureMD has been pretty good I really like certain aspects of their service.

For our business to continue, we had to abandon CureMD. We had to make reports for their deceiving marketing practice.

Everything about CureMD is very easy to navigate. Another plus is that I can view some elements of the software via an app--which is super helpful when I am on the go.

Cloud servers lagged, notes went missing, billing is for lack of better word - horrible.
