Rightsline vs Orbit Intelligence: Which is a better fit?

The software is easy to use, flexible and reliable. The stable of the software is very important.

The reporting tool is hard to use when trying to build complex reports. The new UX annoyingly has lots of little functional bugs we'd have expected to see caught in testing.

However, the support has been getting better and better. It is very important especially the software is configured/used differently by each customer.

It is confusion sometimes. As there have more devices with smaller screens, thinking about business users use iPad, it is harder to access/update data.

There's a tremendous amount of control to fit this software to the way we do our business and the Rightsline team have been outstanding in helping us to build out our vision.

Being able to search by name or project is the most convenient feature of RIghtsline. He tabs at the top that allow you to see all the associations with the project are extremely useful.

Ease of use, user friendly, great patent coverage, highlighting options, grate analytics options, good search options and user friendly data output.

It is complex to built the alerts, no so intuitive.

Data quality, analysis power and flexibility, specialized technical support, and reliability are really strong points.

Limited export options for patent numbers beyond 1000, need to send on email. Also many times, software is very slow and we need to wait for results to upload on the page.

Very useful for competitors patent monitoring and detect how active is the competition.

We have shifted 3 months ago and will replace another market intelligence tool by Orbit as well and see how everything works in an integrated way. Experience so far is positive.
