The mail sends with the signature but is not visible to the sender. This is a bit frustrating as users often sign off their emails not realising that the email signature is attached.
It's also great that if you can work closely with the BrandQuantum team to solve for some bespoke requirements - the customer service is outstanding in this regard.
Use it on a daily basis and with out it work would be more difficult.

The daily login and authentication process can be tricky at times once one changes their password.

Stability, it has happened a few times in the past that the service was degraded and outgoing e-mails were stuck.

The Signature designer is clunky and unwieldy, things get stuck and there's a lot of 'ghost problems' around font and spacing that go away when you just delete and remake whole sections.
Easy of use, good Design, Good Support overall support is nice and good and team is very helpful in case of any issue.
This can get frustrating if you forget to reduce your license count.
The setup and deployment was super easy, and the support was great throughout the onboarding process.
Exclaimer is linked to the email provider so if the provider is having problems, then Exclaimer will have problems. This is expected but worth mentioning.

We had the need to manage our company signatures to keep branding consistent among everyone as well as the need that everyone, regardless of what device they're using, when they send an email, it should have the same signature. And Exclaimer has been perfect at accomplishing all of those things. After doing research, comparing a few different options, reading reviews, looking at pricing, Exclaimer was the best option from what we could tell. And after implementing it in a couple of companies, it worked out quite well when we've expanded how far we were using it. It's been an extremely easy implementation, easy to get started with, easy to implement and easy to use. My advice is, regardless of the size of your company, if you have any use of email signatures, you should definitely consider. And if you're happy with it, go with Exclaimer as your solution. It's been fantastic.
