Yooz is an easy to use software presents a fast and more secure cloud solution. The financial reports are interesting because it helps us a lot and the features save us time and money.
Sometimes i have problems remembering the coding and it always pops up on an old PO screen which is odd.
Love the ease of approving invoices. Also love how easy it is to look up an invoice in the system.
Unfortunately, their tech support has not been able to solve many of our issues reported to them and some took almost six months before they confessed they couldn't fix it the problem.
The OCR quality is great and good automation overall when you talk about the uploading files with lot of different options to upload. Great flexibility about customization and personal support.
This software makes adding comments to invoices deliberately hard to do.

Transferring into the program, previous invoices was a hassle with multiple error codes popping up that were confusing.
As well as run a variety of detailed reports to follow and track outstanding balances. Super helpful when helping with collections.
My only complaint is when calling customer service, I have been helped by representatives who know less than I do about their program.

We knew nothing about automation, so Yooz was our chance to try to make things more efficient. We chose Yooz out of other two other companies because their monthly rate was lower and their software looked very user-friendly, which is what we needed being that this was our first time going automated. Yooz is pretty easy once we got through the workflow. The workflow was the hardest because those are the rules of where the invoices are going. But after that was completed, everything was really fairly simple. My recommendation if you're interested in Yooz is to have lengthy meeting with them. Have them demonstrate and ask all the questions that you think you're going to need answered to make your best decision.

North40 Capital went ahead and looked at Sage 50 and Xero as other accounting and program options. The fact that we can job cost for our different properties that we own, as well as having full-fledged accounting, is great. We can also integrate with our payroll system, which is another great feature for us. QuickBooks Online was very easy to integrate with. QuickBooks Online has the feature of allowing your accountant to be invited to your account, allowing seamless integration. We were up within a week after getting our account to process our accounting. If you're thinking of needing a great accounting program that is simple and easy to use for a non-accounting brain but also have full-fledged accounting process if you are looking for inviting your accountant, QuickBooks Online is your way to go. It's a cloud-based program that has multiple users being able to have access to it at different locations, as well as it has full features of job costing, payroll, profitability reports, and more.
