Solfeg.io vs Opus1.io: Which is a better fit?

Students appreciated it. I also appreciate how, as a company, they are constantly looking to improve and add more features.

It’s sometimes lagging a bit when slowing down the speed.

Easy to use and great for helping me with everything I didn't even know I needed help with.

It is costly and takes some time to get used to the platform.

I love the tempo fluctuation, the ability to scroll, and the feature of the QR code for easy access.

Use screen was confusing and busy for students.

Modern look, students like to use it and it is great for playing instruments together.

Confusing at first, takes a little bit of time to get used to.

If you are a seasoned community school owner or a rookie, I strongly recommend incorporating Opus1.io into your operations. You will be grateful that you did as you watch your enrollment increase.

That Limited staff can’t reschedule their own make up lessons. An admin or Student can though.

Amazing load speed, clean and clear design, very responsive tech support, and most important for us: the ability to know exactly how many students are actively taking lessons.

It's very difficult to search and find answers for specific questions. However, as mentioned above, their chat service is extraordinary.

It is a multifaceted and the ability to communicate with families through the same tool is important to help achieve excellent customer service.

Booking online can be a little tricky with a lot of classes.

The software is fantastic. The customer service is extremely responsive and helpful and new feature are being added all the time.

Reporting features are not well thought through or intuitively implemented. Custom reports, which I would use almost daily, are mostly non-existent.
