CosmoLex vs Docketwise: Which is a better fit?

She patiently walked me through the product and listened to all of my questions which is super important to someone like me who learns by doing and getting my questions answered in real time.

Usually my questions are not urgent, but if we ever needed something immediately, my worry is that it might not happen in time.

This is a great accessory to client/case management~ We are thrilled with the client features, ease of use and report generating capabilities. CosmoLex is a huge asset to our firm.

Nothing seems to be a problem for me with this software.

Client portal is a terrific feature (when working), the ease of time entries is terrific. Very simplistic interface for invoicing and collecting fees.

I am giving this a poor review for the following reasons: (1) Cosmolex is really only price-efficient if you are a solo attorney.

That to me is worth a million having someone there that cares enough to make sure their customer is happy and that they have everything they need to get going.

No way to track date of loss and statutes of limitation. Takes a great deal of time to manage task lists.

The ability to have somebody there to help me along the way and so easy to reach is the best feature. Clients are happy and the staff is very happy.

When something is missed in the profile, you can't fix it on the form but have to find it in the profile to enter in the information which can take time.

I enjoy the ease of use and have had the pleasure of talking with customer service when I have questions as they are very responsive (a chat feature might be handy).

Also, some questions are phrased in a confusing way. They're working on both these things however.

I like that the information integrates with Clio and saves us time entering information. The website is user friendly and the customer service is fantastic.

There is no need to retype the same facts over and over again into different forms for the same client. I also know that I'm using the most recent form that USCIS requires.

Clients (and my staff) love how "user friendly" this software is. Definitely a great value for the money.

I don't always know how to navigate back to other forms. I am not sure whether I am using the form editing software properly.
