CosmoLex vs Osprey Approach: Which is a better fit?

She patiently walked me through the product and listened to all of my questions which is super important to someone like me who learns by doing and getting my questions answered in real time.

Usually my questions are not urgent, but if we ever needed something immediately, my worry is that it might not happen in time.

This is a great accessory to client/case management~ We are thrilled with the client features, ease of use and report generating capabilities. CosmoLex is a huge asset to our firm.

Nothing seems to be a problem for me with this software.

Client portal is a terrific feature (when working), the ease of time entries is terrific. Very simplistic interface for invoicing and collecting fees.

I am giving this a poor review for the following reasons: (1) Cosmolex is really only price-efficient if you are a solo attorney.

That to me is worth a million having someone there that cares enough to make sure their customer is happy and that they have everything they need to get going.

No way to track date of loss and statutes of limitation. Takes a great deal of time to manage task lists.

I love how easy to use it is. I came into my current role knowing absolutely nothing about how to use any system like Osprey and taught myself how to use it with ease.

Until this was arranged it was annoying being unable to use it for a day or 2.

The software is fast, easy to use and the support team is excellent. The training is very comprehensive and when utilised properly and fully, a firm can benefit greatly from it.

Decided to move to a competitor product and then experience poor service from Osprey. Toys out of the pram stuff.

The check out system is very reliable and allows for constant review of documentation. The software is aesthetically pleasing and user friendly and I would recommend this software to all colleagues.

The addins do not work properly with our standard letters and there is little prospect of this being resolved which is a shame and will cause us problems in the future.

Quick and easy archiving system, new matters and client numbers are made within minutes it's amazing piece of software.

The app is faster for printing documents but it does not allow bills to be printed and is difficult to use and badly laid out if you use it on the desktop.
