CosmoLex vs Dibcase Legal Case Management: Which is a better fit?

She patiently walked me through the product and listened to all of my questions which is super important to someone like me who learns by doing and getting my questions answered in real time.

Usually my questions are not urgent, but if we ever needed something immediately, my worry is that it might not happen in time.

This is a great accessory to client/case management~ We are thrilled with the client features, ease of use and report generating capabilities. CosmoLex is a huge asset to our firm.

Nothing seems to be a problem for me with this software.

Client portal is a terrific feature (when working), the ease of time entries is terrific. Very simplistic interface for invoicing and collecting fees.

I am giving this a poor review for the following reasons: (1) Cosmolex is really only price-efficient if you are a solo attorney.

That to me is worth a million having someone there that cares enough to make sure their customer is happy and that they have everything they need to get going.

No way to track date of loss and statutes of limitation. Takes a great deal of time to manage task lists.

It is user friendly and they have great customer service.

But, none have even come close to the organization that this program gives me and my staff. No longer am I concerned about missing deadlines-dibcase has me covered.

Dibcase provides the ability to save time which in turn will create more revenue for your business.

I am struggling a little to understand how to set up the work flow.

Excellent solution for solo, small or mid-size practice case management.

Nothing really comes to mind. If I needed to be really critical, I would say the inability for emails to come back into dibcase, instead of going into my email only.

This software is easy to learn and easy to use. The document generation tool is the most efficient and easy to use of any software I have tried or used.
