The statements do no print alphabetical. When we print the statements we have to alphabatize about 300 statements which takes up some time.
Overall, Soluno is very easy to use, has various reporting capabilities, can be used anywhere and has amazing staff, who are always available and always pleasant.

We had been users of PCLaw for many years, but the current state of that program was too uncertain for us to continue.
She patiently walked me through the product and listened to all of my questions which is super important to someone like me who learns by doing and getting my questions answered in real time.
Usually my questions are not urgent, but if we ever needed something immediately, my worry is that it might not happen in time.

Client portal is a terrific feature (when working), the ease of time entries is terrific. Very simplistic interface for invoicing and collecting fees.
I am giving this a poor review for the following reasons: (1) Cosmolex is really only price-efficient if you are a solo attorney.
That to me is worth a million having someone there that cares enough to make sure their customer is happy and that they have everything they need to get going.
No way to track date of loss and statutes of limitation. Takes a great deal of time to manage task lists.
