BuildOps vs Uptick: Which is a better fit?

Definitely a good value - nice offerings at the right price. Great experiences with customer service.

For example, the inability to delete a job that's been created in error and the only option available is to cancel the job and leave it in the system.

There have been great improvements over the past year, and I appreciate all of the time and effort the team has put into these continuous improvement efforts.

So you would think after expressing all this the implementation manager would get some help. No, they let him squirm and struggle.

From the Beginning , Middle and Now they have the best and fastest customer service. Training and implementation with Colleen made what seemed impossible very possible and was a pleasure to work with.

I don't like the glitches, sometimes it will change what you enter or default to previous data.

The speed is amazing and the ability to get to the information you need is so easy because it can be found in many different ways.

I want to be able to change the colors to indicate different types or jobs/workorders. Same with the drop down from the jobs tab.

Great experience happy to recommend these guys to anyone requiring a great scheduling system.

Monthly changes can be very disruptive to workload as they cause some bugs.

I love that it is super customisable and you can use it to suit the way you would like to work.

The only thing I have to say negative is thag I can't pick what workforce I want to be displayed. I have to scroll through all the companies.

We love that this program is user friendly, customisable, has an app interface & is super easy on the eye.

I often find it difficult to filter for the correct information I am after.

The ability to filter down the information to exactly what you are looking for and the ability have all information in one place, documents, routines, assets, quoting and reporting.

Having worked in the fire industry over the past 22 years I have used quite a number of different software packages relating to fire services operations.
