I love now how it is so simple to use yet can be so detailed with it's output. The customer service support team were outstanding also and quick to resolve my issues.
It was difficult to trouble shoot because there were so many steps during the process, it was hard to pin point where the problems were occurring, and the error code, was not very informative.

I finally lost it, they have no live chat which they say they do. I sent an online message, I emailed them again and called and left a message threatening them.

North40 Capital went ahead and looked at Sage 50 and Xero as other accounting and program options. The fact that we can job cost for our different properties that we own, as well as having full-fledged accounting, is great. We can also integrate with our payroll system, which is another great feature for us. QuickBooks Online was very easy to integrate with. QuickBooks Online has the feature of allowing your accountant to be invited to your account, allowing seamless integration. We were up within a week after getting our account to process our accounting. If you're thinking of needing a great accounting program that is simple and easy to use for a non-accounting brain but also have full-fledged accounting process if you are looking for inviting your accountant, QuickBooks Online is your way to go. It's a cloud-based program that has multiple users being able to have access to it at different locations, as well as it has full features of job costing, payroll, profitability reports, and more.

Oh my gosh, it changed my world. I can snap a pic of the receipt. I've got it. If I need it for future use or for a reference, it's right there on the Shoeboxed app. It simplified my life instantly. I was looking for something to help really organize my receipts. It comes tax time. You're looking for them. You need to make a return. You need to turn in a receipt for business. You're searching everywhere. And the Shoeboxed app really simplified that because as soon as I check out of the store, scan something, I can just scan it on my phone into the Shoeboxed app. I don't have to worry. It's there. It's safe. It's secure. And I am not having stacks of papers that I have to go through when I, again, need to turn in a receipt to work, when I need to turn in a receipt to the taxman, or anything. I'm not struggling, and I have reduced the clutter of all of these receipts that just pile up. Shoeboxed is really simple to integrate into your business.
