There is a great product dev team behind this product that is eager to get any issue resolved in a proactive manor. If you find an issue, they are sure to help you find a solution.
There are times where making changes/updates is more difficult then it should be which can be frustrating.
Support for the application is excellent and there is ease of access for all features and it is easy to understand.
Problem with subscription: prorated rates within a month are not flexible; and adding 2nd tier subscriptions is complex and awkward. Cannot change change on 2nd tier subscriptions automatically.
Speedy reports and ability to get help while in the application via an active chat like. The reports are excellent and very fast.
That seems like a glaring error and opens the solution to errors in subscriptions, wording, pricing, everything. Very odd way to build the solution.
We never received any training but have been able to navigate the software pretty good. They customer support does a good job answering our emails and phone calls fairly quickly.
It's extremely limited in what it can do, and the interface is a little clunky.
I love now how it is so simple to use yet can be so detailed with it's output. The customer service support team were outstanding also and quick to resolve my issues.

North40 Capital went ahead and looked at Sage 50 and Xero as other accounting and program options. However, they had limited features, and the price didn't match up to what QuickBooks Online could offer for us. We chose QuickBooks online due to its reputation and features. The fact that we can job cost for our different properties that we own, as well as having full-fledged accounting, is great. We can also integrate with our payroll system, which is another great feature for us. QuickBooks Online was very easy to integrate with. QuickBooks Online has the feature of allowing your accountant to be invited to your account, allowing seamless integration. We were up within a week after getting our account to process our accounting. If you're thinking of needing a great accounting program that is simple and easy to use for a non-accounting brain but also have full-fledged accounting process if you are looking for inviting your accountant, QuickBooks Online is your way to go. It's a cloud-based program that has multiple users being able to have access to it at different locations, as well as it has full features of job costing, payroll, profitability reports, and more.
