SmartCompliance vs TermsFeed: Which is a better fit?

The ease to navigate through the system is pretty simple. The different reports it will generate is outstanding.

We did struggle with getting the project started again because our rep was simply not communicating with us.

My overall experience with Smart Compliance has been positive. Everyone has been very responsive and the transition from my old system was very seamless.

It will read words and numbers that are not there or will cross over the line into the next section to pull information into the wrong spot.

The ability to customize the requirements is easy and a good feature. Once our admin got over the hurdle of learning the functionality of the software it's worked well for them.

Often has system errors when uploading attachments & emails not going out of the system.

Implementation was easy and they had good communication throughout the process. We've had a couple of post implementation issues arise and the support has been timely and helpful.

I'd say 80% of the documents fail. When the system is able to read the document it misreads the document and puts check marks in categories that aren't marked on the actual document.

I especially loved that there were questions to help me make the best choice. But what I really loved was how very easily I was able to get policies and terms and conditions tailored to my needs.

I was confused about the overlap between some of the product categories.

Excellent - loved the simplicity, international bias, update & ad-in capability & the cost is fantastic for what it includes.

The payment model is a little confusing to me. I'm unsure what I already purchased.

Whenever someone is looking for quick but reliable T&C's, Privacy Policies, Return Policies etc and not looking to shed out thousands on solicitors, they are always thrilled to discover Termsfeed.

We use a fairly limited part of the service however.
