Capterra’s researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI. Learn more.
Capterra lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Capterra is free for users. There's an amazing variety of options for the phishing emails themselves, and excellent reporting options.
There are sometimes weird timing issues and sometimes the emails can be easily spotted after a number of uses due to the short list of fake URL's used.
The visuals and reporting are of great quality. The Managed Service and reports are great to gather an overview.
I'm required to write at least one "con" here, so...um, the name's kind of irritating, especially at a company with several actual fishermen on staff.
Love the product, its an essential product now and progress in user training can be seen clearly. The price for a managed service is unbelievable and monthly account reviews are useful.
Some of the back-end navigation is a bit of a challenge to pick up, but this is mostly a function of the necessarily evils of integration with Microsoft, so I'm not sure there is much to be done here.
There is nothing not to like about it, it is easy to use, intuitive. It has a comprehensive list of features, from policy management, CVE's library, right down to useful training videos for end users.
The cost is the best thing about Trend Micro. We have several clients that trust it and the overall quality is pretty good for the money.
The problem would cause it to crash in the middle of working on something and all the users would loss there progress.
I like that there is a free offering that I can use for my customers to get them interested in buying it. I also like that it is very powerful.
Old habits die hard and I prefer to use Internet Explorer , Trend and it did not get along causing issues with freezing or just exiting our of the browser.
Trend micro is easy to install and has many features that helps systems be safe and secure. It is fast, secure and reliable.
For awhile there was a bad update with Trend that would close out IE and not allow people to use it.
Recommended, without a doubt it is the best security software. When finishing the configuration it is very easy to use it.
Usually send and put alerts every time without logical reasons, is the only negative point that I see this software.
