They also have a huge variety of tests and that includes a disc assessment, which helps us understand a potential candidate's preferred method of communication style, which is extremely helpful for us to help make our decision. TestGorilla is very easy to get started with. It's simple to use. They have a customer support team that can help you through setting up your first assessment, but it's so simple to use. I've never had to reach out to them for that type of help. I would recommend anyone looking at TestGorilla to look at their test book of available tests that you can send to applicants and see if it matches what you are looking to test applicants for. That was the really big decision making component for us.
