TestGorilla was super easy to set up and there are so many really good and comprehensive tests available to choose from for the roles we were looking to fill (mainly marketing related).
Their customer service provides only template responses and no solutions. We keep getting charged for it even though we have stated clearly that we want to cancel our account.

Most of the time the email sent to the candidates with the link for the code assessment were either going into the candidates' spam folder or not working.
It was very easy to set up, the pre-made tests are very good and they fit normal job tasks for developers. The code editor is good and results reports are very detailed.
Inability to withdraw/cancel invites. Sometimes wrong invites get sent out or candidates are not interested, in such cases there is no option to withdraw or cancel the invite.
With the help of this tool we could filter 80-90% of the candidates which saves our time. It's easy to use and customer care was great.

I chose to use TestGorilla because it's extremely affordable, it's easy to use, it's simple to send to applicants, and the applicant results are sent to myself and the hiring manager. They also have a huge variety of tests and that includes a disc assessment, which helps us understand a potential candidate's preferred method of communication style, which is extremely helpful for us to help make our decision. TestGorilla is very easy to get started with. It's simple to use. They have a customer support team that can help you through setting up your first assessment, but it's so simple to use. I've never had to reach out to them for that type of help. I would recommend anyone looking at TestGorilla to look at their test book of available tests that you can send to applicants and see if it matches what you are looking to test applicants for. That was the really big decision making component for us.
