The software is pretty intuitive and both fast and easy to get time entered into along with a good ability to download data for different integrations we have from the API.
Only negative is the lack of reporting around the worklog attributes.
Tempo delivered big time and the ease of which you can add time entries, swap them out with other tickets or edit other user's timesheets and update them is simply AMAZING.
Lack of some specific reports, user interface is sometimes confusing.
I get a great visual overview of who is using it (and who is slacking off) by just glancing at the dashboard. I also love that I can log time right within the tickets.
Bad reporting setup, it makes difficult to exctract data for monthly billing.
Jira has been (and still is) an adventure at times, but Tempo Timesheets has been a solid performer from the start. And it has received significant improvements over time.
Not sure whether this is a jira problem or a tempo problem but it is not an easy workflow. Recording time is often a cumbersome task.
This will be an amazing product. The support team at Startly has been wonderful and their commitment to building an incredible product runs deep within the product and Startly team.
I receive pop-up errors often and have to log out, then back in.

Tracking timesheets and expenses is very easy with this software. It's great that the projects I am working on can easily be added to the timesheet.
Having to back out as impersonating resource, determine PM, impersonate PM and reject time, then impersonating resource again to adjust time.

We use Tempo to basically log our employees' times towards the database to later use it for something called Shred. That is basically to get credits from the government of Canada for science and technology-related works. Tempo time sheets provide users with a wide variety of features that enables them to input their time throughout the month for all the tasks that they've accomplished and enables them to link those times to different tasks and different subjects that they've been involved with. A bit of a difficult user interface that can be complicated and misleading at times. And it's not the easiest tool to admin and manage as well.
