Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Jordan. I am a leasing and marketing manager. My company is over multiple states and has over 500 employees, and I give Knock a five out of five. Prior to using Knock, we used the in-system CRM with Yardi. Unfortunately, it was a little hard to navigate, and we wanted a CRM system specifically for our prospects that was completely separate and easy to navigate. Knock has been great for us and my company as it is very streamlined. It is easy to navigate, easy to train on, and we have all of our prospects in one area. Additionally, we loved the Knock support and being able to be trained through them as well. Getting started with Knock was super easy. Their onboarding team worked with our company super well. It was super streamlined, and the training was amazing for both what we got from Knock and what we were able to give to our employees internally as well. If you are considering getting Knock, I highly suggest looking through all of the features that they offer. If there is anything that you want to do in a way that you want to communicate with your prospects, there's definitely a Knock option for it. Definitely check out their frequently asked questions page, because you can do almost anything on the platform.
