I hate the popup that comes up every time I open this app. That's the most aggravating thing.

The only thing I dislike about the product is that the transaction queue is in alphabetical order than review request date/time.
My favorite part it has a great way of helping you to build relationship with your customers by sending them emails, post card for holidays or even their favorite sport.
It could take a while to learn it, it is frustrating to get around with so many items to input.
I loved the all in one system. Very user friendly, and the support staff was always very helpful.

Most of the tours that are scheduled in Knock- the prospect fails to show or cancels randomly. Less personal than speaking over the phone or in person to someone.

The scoring is somethings hard to understand at times specifically between the "live score" and the "average score.

Prior to using Knock, we used the in-system CRM with Yardi. Unfortunately, it was a little hard to navigate, and we wanted a CRM system specifically for our prospects that was completely separate and easy to navigate. Knock has been great for us and my company as it is very streamlined. It is easy to navigate, easy to train on, and we have all of our prospects in one area. Additionally, we loved the Knock support and being able to be trained through them as well. Getting started with Knock was super easy. Their onboarding team worked with our company super well. It was super streamlined, and the training was amazing for both what we got from Knock and what we were able to give to our employees internally as well. If you are considering getting Knock, I highly suggest looking through all of the features that they offer. If there is anything that you want to do in a way that you want to communicate with your prospects, there's definitely a Knock option for it.
