TotalBrokerage vs Instashowing: Which is a better fit?

I hate the popup that comes up every time I open this app. That's the most aggravating thing.

It's truly the best real estate software from Contact to Contract to Close. I'm thrilled that we have this 1 awesome platform system with Southern Classic Realtors.

The only thing I dislike about the product is that the transaction queue is in alphabetical order than review request date/time.

My favorite part it has a great way of helping you to build relationship with your customers by sending them emails, post card for holidays or even their favorite sport.

It could take a while to learn it, it is frustrating to get around with so many items to input.

I loved the all in one system. Very user friendly, and the support staff was always very helpful.

Once you take the time to dig in and figure it out, you realize you were really missing out before you had it.

The ability to schedule showings on the go is amazing. Keeps all the appointments at a glance.

Ve been told by multiple agents trying to reschedule that they’re unable to reschedule. It comes through on my end, but they get an error message on their end.

We absolutely LOVE Instashowing and the amount of time saved when scheduling appointments for our showings.

They don't currently have the software set up for cell phone platform. The local MLS has restricted access to it's listing software to a single showing service software.

This software is a strong alternative to other platforms.

Agents that are not "tech savvy" sometimes have a hard time understanding how to do it the first time for some reason. I have no idea why, but they do.

Love that we can have more than one client set up to receive showing notifications and you are not limited to just a phone number or an email, but rather have the option for both.

In the early days there were some glitches and difficult to reach anyone at the company.
