Our overall experience with QuickBooks Online has been great. We have been using this product for many years now. We use QuickBooks Online on a daily bases. We can add deposits and everything!

Pros

QuickBooks Online is great for our small business. We can invoice our customers, keep contact info about our customers. Its pretty simple to use as well!

Cons

The only thing that we have come to find that we dislike about QuickBooks would be their updates. I wish they would leave the home screen alone and stop changing things that don't need to be changed.

Pros

The efficiency and the ease of use as a small business owner. It tracks everything so easily who can argue with that!

Cons

The customer service is horrible. Not much help and spend lots of time on the phone figuring out the issue.

Pros

I like the variety of different things you can do on it. It makes it very easy for a small business to have everything financial all in one.

Cons

I wish the reports section was more walk through, you have to know what you are doing to build the reports you want.

Overall, we have been pleased with Quickbooks Online. It is convenient especially when you have people working on the same file in different offices.

Pros

The ability to access Quickbooks online from any computer, anywhere is the main reason we went with Quickboos online.

Cons

IT is a bit cumbersome to use Quickbooks online. It is quite different from the desktop version. However it does have most of the same features.

The customer service. Every time I called it was perfect. I forget her name but the same person helped me

The price. They went up on prices which made it difficult to afford though it is great it seemed they want as much as they can

Hate the Online application. Always loved the Quickbooks Enterprise version, but if you work remotely for several companies, it makes it impossible to switch to desktop only.

Pros

Not much since they have so many updates that get worse each time and you have to pay for chat support.

Cons

I would never recommend Quickbooks Online to any business. Quickbooks Desktop only. If you like remote access buy Quickbooks Enterprise.

After I learned the basics, I was able to update the information that was already in the system. It needs a bit cleaning up, but as you go through the cleaning process you get to understand the categories better and come up with a great organization of all your transactions and movements.

Pros

QuickBooks was perfect for me, a small business owner in need to organize all the business transactions in a way that lets me set up customized categories and have clear separation of cards and bank accounts. It also imported the information very quick into the system.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to understand without the proper guidance. I had to hire some freelancers in order for them to explain to mw the basic steps and how to go through the platform.
