Quickbooks is easy to manage use and learn. It provides good reports quickbook comes at an affordable price therefore it has been perfect fot my small buisness.
The biggest downfall of QBO is that it is very different from QBD and has a learning curve. If the users do not learn how to propertly use QBO, they can mess up the companies books BAD.
Fields to fill and perfectly links the data from one end like ap and AR to the bank reconciliation. Great reports on transactions for the month or period if interest.
No 'undo' button and not excessively intuitive. If you make a mistake, have to know how to reverse/correct it.
Great smart accounting software that is very responsive and nice to send invoices and get paid faster.

Otherwise the phone system just cuts you off. After explaining my problem, which was no batch showing for a certain day, I was told they would research the problem and I heard nothing back.
We love taking payments in our small medical practice through Sage Payment Solutions. Because it links with our SAGE accounting software, it saves time not having to enter all of those payments.
BUT if you wanted/needed to take payments through their site it could easily do that. Most of all we are getting INSANE rates on running our cards.
We enjoy the fact that the customer support is also quick to respond and was able to help us with any questions we need.
The only negative that I came across was when I was setting it up (new business) I couldn't figure out which sage to call because they have so many different services.
Speaker 1: My name is Alex. I'm the COO for Made By WiFi. We're a boutique IT firm based out of New York City with under 10 employees. I would rate QuickBooks Online a 5/5. I use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, invoice management, accounts receivables, payment processing, as well as the reporting capabilities which are very rich. I like how easy it was to pick up and learn. I've never used QuickBooks before. We were managing our company's finances through Google Sheets prior to QBO. The learning curve was basically a day, we got it all figured out. It's very easy to navigate and it's very easy to find what you need as well as streamline financial operations. Just making it easier to get paid, essentially. I'd like to see more consistent monthly billing from QBO. I feel like our monthly billing increased almost by 50% since we signed up without really getting more features. I'm not sure how quickly or why they raised their prices so aggressively, but they have, and I wish there was just more of a locked-in rate for a period of time that we could have agreed to.
