Inspector Nexus vs Eneris: Which is a better fit?

The interface of the software and the simplicity of the reports is what I like most. It has a good feel and easy to operate.

Also paying near 70 a month Canadian for this product and having all these issues I’m very weary about keeping if nothing is adjusted.

I enjoy it, it help keep me on task and is overall the best for small business.

I would suspect we will choosing another provider in the near future.

Overall I'm pleased with software it's ease of use and it's pay-per-use pricing.

Areas where phone signal is low, the software/app is slow to process.

The pre-build information makes it seamless. The ability to go in on the web and create specific templates for specific projects or clients is very beneficial.

I have contacted appsupport on this multiple times in the past and has made no difference. Apple or Android it does not matter.

I really appreciate the ease of using this software. Extremely user friendly and the finished report continues to receive high praise from my clients.

The thing that I least like is the software's inability to add rooms and lack of a date/time stamp to photos.

We liked the look and feel, tried it out, were happy, and then when we had an opportunity to speak with the Eneris team and leadership, the commitment to service blew us away.

It takes a while to load in all the home inspection comments and to customize the software just the way I wanted it. That made it a bit stressful in the beginning.

My experience with the team at Eneris has been excellent. Whenever I have an issue or question I am able to get it resolved or answered quickly.
