SurveyHero vs Helpfull: Which is a better fit?

My experience is being good. They have this good discount, nice tools and the interface is really useful.

I was unhappy when I attempted to get a link to the survey, and saw that I'm unable to access it because I do not have a premium account but unknowingly used premium features.

Very satisfied - Interface is extremely user friendly and customer service is outstanding.

This lack of integration limits some of the ways we are able to use suveyhero.

It has been a great way to be able to connect with the volunteers we refer to community organisations and charitable trusts.

But this is a small frustration. Does not change the functionality of the product.

I think the tool is good if you have fairly little amount of users and you will always send the invites out from another solution. In this case the tool is good value for money.

No comment about cons as of now. Maybe once I utilize it more.

As a developer of products and services, I love the ability to crowdsource feedback on-demand. Helpfull makes this very easy at a good price point with a wonderful UI and UX.

In the beginning, I made a small error about the demographics as normally with other apps, you would need to select what you want. In this case, it worked a little opposite.

Confident Helpfull will be a big help in getting us to product market fit.

Somewhat limited in terms of mobile testing right now.

It was super helpful in picking the new logo for my company's rebrand.

The tool collected high quality survey data, very very quickly, and did a great job of giving the though process each user went through to cast their vote.
