Designed for anyone needing to create captions, subtitles, or transcripts for live broadcasts or recorded videos shared on social media or any video platform.
Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support.
Super intutitive to integrate and many useful features like scheduling, stable high quality streaming and i can't wait for the new crossplatform chat feature.
I hate being charged for CDN. Live-streaming to my website should be free.
A major reason I tried this software was because of the CDN ability. I am beyond thrilled with the ability to upload pre-recorded videos and have them scheduled in advance.
It has a learning curve which can be frustrating. I can not integrate Youtube currently by logging in to my Google account.
They have good streaming quality. Most important to me is , I can customize my player.
At the beginning it is a bit confusing since they have basically divided the service website and the account management website into two websites.
I have used it personally and subtitles for every language is awesome to use. This is easy to integrate with most of the live video platforms like facebook Instagram etc.
I tried going directly there using the browser and received errors.).
Finding a tool that I could integrate with hubspot was brilliant. The personalisation is superb due to the HubSpot Marketing Hub integration.
Without that feature for those that receive the video, it's a bit frustrating bc I have to pay for those hosting fees because they are on the cloud.
This is a great little product that is simple to use and not overly expensive. The support team are friendly and very helpful.
Every now and then something pops up, that ends up solving problems you didn't know you had.
The support team is even amazing and on top of things. Easy to talk to, they are human and arent snooty like the other platforms.
Currently the inability to add a custom tracking domain but this is on their development plan and is expected to be available soon.
I've been looking for something that gives me a chance to strengthen my relationships. Traditional email works great - when you have great content to share and awesome copywriting skills.
UI could be cleaner, a little cluttered which made it a bit confusing to learn.
Kimberly E.: Hello, my name is Kimberly. I am an owner of my company. I give Videolinq a four. And click below for more reviews. Before I had Videolinq, I literally had to take the time to go to each social media site and on my website to make the video perform on the different social media networks. And that would take time doing the same loading on Facebook, on Twitter, and on my website. And I wasn't able to do it on a few other platforms with like LinkedIn, which now I can. But it was a gruel. It was time consuming and Videolinq stopped all of that. I chose Videolinq because I like using social media to market my videos. And I wasn't able to do that in a cost effective way prior to Videolinq. So I use the software to have a one-stop location for presenting my videos to the community that I market to. So they have lots of integrations and I use those integrations, including YouTube now, to utilize my videos in a best performance manner in those social media settings. And on my website. Originally, when I used Videolinq, I thought it would take a long time and it was a little cumbersome in that I didn't have the background to know what a lot of the features and terminology was, but I got up to speed very quickly. It has an awesome onboarding service. I can look at videos or I can read the text and it has really good integrations with other social media sites, which also have their own versions of how to interact with third party software. So I literally initially got started within an hour, but that was just with one social media setup. And that was back when they had a few, maybe one or two, social media integrations, and now I've used it recently and they have YouTube, LinkedIn, with Facebook and Twitter. So it was much easier to do it this time because of course the more they have integrated, the more understanding everything is. So, yeah. It was pretty good with the onboarding process. I would definitely recommend Videolinq for those of you who have videos, who you would like to market in multiple channels, and you don't have to be tech savvy. It's really an easy onboarding process. The customer service is outstanding. They're always asking questions. So if you need a hand and to get a handle on your marketing for your videos, you definitely want Videolinq. You want them for their customer service, for the ease, and for the integrations. Because let's face it, we all have more than one media site.
Moses: Hi, my name is Moses. I am the owner of a digital marketing company. I give Sendspark a review of 4/5. For more review like this click below. Before using Sendspark, I was using Loom. Loom was a [inaudible 00:00:14] I was using for 1 1/2 years before switching to Sendspark, just because Loom was actually getting costly for me, in terms of the price point and in terms of the memory storage. So, that's why I effectively switched over to Sendspark. So the reason I went with Sendspark was the first thing it was having a lifetime deal at the point of getting. But at the same time it was a really close replica of what I'd use before, which is Loom. And it has really great features in terms of using Sendspark and it has a great support system that integrate development map. So, that allows me to actually be confident in switching from Loom, which was product I used for 1 1/2 years, to something like Sendspark. Integrating Sendspark into my business processes was very easy as it would had the same, similar workflow to the tools that I used before. So it wasn't really complicated. It was just installing a Chrome application. And just once, once the exact create an account and we are pretty much good to go. So that was really an easy integration into my business process and workflow. For anybody who's considering Sendspark I would say that if you are okay with it being still in the developmental phase of the product, then you just go for it, because I see upgrade potential in it developing. But apart from that, it's a wonderful product. I mean, there's still a little bit parts here and there, as I said this in the pre-development phase. But with that being said, it's a fairly easy to use product, is cost effective and it definitely helps someone in their business.
