AkitaBox vs Seating Allocation Solution: Which is a better fit?

I like the visualization features of Akitabox that makes it easy and visualize all the operations. Monitoring and tracking our assets is seamless as well.

Staff with excellent customer service attitudes and great product knowledge is so greatly appreciated. Was a 7-year user of SchoolDude software.

Lack of two-way communication, which just got implemented this week.

The customer service is extremely responsive and professional. The ability to customize this system to fit nearly any need is beyond excellent.

Pain free...there response time on any question i ask is always less than 12 hours. More often then not I receive a response within the hour I request it.

Overall Akita Box has been a overall success in my eyes very helpful and easy to maneuver keeping all my work orders there with just a few taps of my keyboard!!! very happy with this overall site.

We duplicate a lot of the pins because there are limited options.

I loved the colorfulness, the ease of inserting and deleting employees.

Only one person can perform changes in a simulation at a time, which is a bit of a disappointment.
