Before we started using Home Care Pulse, we did not have any way of doing client surveys or employee surveys. And what we found is that our employees really love us, using their diagnostic tools, their measurements, their interviewing, and then also we were able to get more closely in touch based on the interviews that they did with our clients and their families. And it has made such a difference in our ability to match caregivers with the clients, make sure that they feel comfortable with who's in their home and make sure that we are taking care of all of their needs and being good as in staff or employees. Home Care Pulse was chosen for our team because it has monthly interviews that are done with our clients and our employees so we can take the immediate pulse of what's going on in their heads and in their homes. It has helped us immensely in connecting with our caregivers, connecting with our clients and their families, and doing outstanding work based on the feedback that we get. Without that feedback, we wouldn't have any idea what is going on at home with either our clients or their employees. And it really gives us a chance to do better every day. Home Care Pulse has made it so easy for us to integrate their work into what we do every day. We have constant contact with our representative, they answer any questions that we have about the interviews, about the surveys that they do, they remind us to send out information letters to clients, they're always integrating new products, they have a review manager and everything syncs in automatically with the database that we use and it's seamless. It's absolutely seamless. If we have any trouble, they are available for support. And I cannot say enough about how easy it is to work with Home Care Pulse. If you're thinking about getting Home Care Pulse to integrate into your business, I would highly recommend it. Its ease of transmission of data, its ease of support with the team and really finding out what's happening at the moment in your business, is feedback that is impossible to get anywhere else. You have to directly contact them. I would definitely say to contact Home Care Pulse, talk about what you need. They have demos that really helped us when we were integrating some of the new platforms that they add. They really go out of their way to keep adding to their platform. So it's more value added and it's a tool that I use every day in my client care management to make sure that everyone is happy and their needs are getting [inaudible 00:03:43].

I use SurveyMonkey to complete surveys and to sign up for various events. What I like most about SurveyMonkey is that it's really easy to use. There are dropdown menus and multiple choice items, and I can also write in detailed information if it relates and pertains to the survey that I am taking. One thing that I would change about SurveyMonkey would be the availability to include graphics or documents or pictures, something to that nature. So when I am taking a survey, I can include more authentic information.
