OpsCompass vs Google Cloud: Which is a better fit?

Overall a great tool and amazing experience. Its always convenient to have and manage everything from a single dashboard and Opscompass does an amazing job there.

There's no remediation capability available. Otherwise, it justifies the price.

The compliance score was a great way to baseline and measure our progress and was something we shared with our team and our management.

Would like more feature around cost: Cost Threshold and Budget. No functionality to set up guardrails to stop any unintended changes to resources.

Google Cloud is easy to learn, simple to use, and provides comfort that the things important to you are safe and secure.

One must really drill down to find it and to understand how to stop being billed for services not needed. There needs to be more prompts to inform the user what they will be charged for.

Good Documentation: when it comes to documentation Google Cloud Platform really did a nice job there, every of their products and services has a good documentation for exploring.

There is a limit on how much storage you can have before you can pay, which limits you especially if you don't buy a plan.

I also like that it is secure and reliable making it a flexible solution. I access it as an API which increases the flexibility in reading and writing data.

In case you have low Internet speed at your workplace, you will surely struggle with this platform.
