Orderful vs Transalis EDI: Which is a better fit?

Love the implementation team being responsive and dedicated to getting us set up on time and working with new technologies.

The automatic error flows (in the case of an error) would allow for us to have full visibility into what the potential issues are in a particular document.

I like how reliable and easy the software is to use. Also, the fact that we have solutions architects available to assist makes our lives easy.

Only issue we have is sometimes errors are difficult to understand the root cause. They had some issues in customer service which have been 100% resolved.

We have used Orderful for 4 years and the product has continued to be improved with new features and process improvements. The customer service is excellent.

I just don't like the launch time required for EDI technology.

For us, the ease of use, intuitive UI, and quick support resolution combined with customization via the Rules Editor have enabled the onboarding of new partners to be seamless.

At this time they do not support XML, and file formatting outbound is strictly X12 EDI.

All the team at Transalis where committed to providing us an EDI solution and as a team kept working until we where completely satisfied with the solutions they provided.

On one occasion we missed some critical data during a product catalogue update and instead of warning us, they uploaded it anyway and waited for the ensuing mess.

Reliability, customer-oriented good service from TRANSALIS.

No, the system seems to be fine and does what is required in meeting our customers demands.

Helpful and responsive team. Useful and real-time web portal.

EDI was needed in the business, and Transalis have been excellent.
