We were working through manual processing with Microsoft products in the Microsoft suite. It was not working for us due to lack of automation and not being intuitive. It was extremely manual. I chose Mortgage Automator due to their staff knowing every answer to every question we have, their ability to scale our company and our growth appropriately by responding to our needs immediately and taking our concerns seriously when there were any hiccups along the way. Mortgage Automator has an exceptionally easy platform to start on. It is web-based and the shell of what they create is actually right out of the box, immediately able to go, as opposed to a lot of other products that involve tons of customization. Additionally, they do allow you to customize beyond this point very easily. My recommendation would be absolutely test Mortgage Automator against other providers in the same field. It becomes a very easy pickup and price point. Everything about Mortgage Automator from the intuition, to the pricing structure, to their customer service is substantially above their competitors.
