The best part about this software is the ease for customers to go on and book their own appointments and add to their own calendars. It also looks very nice on our Squarespace website.

Hi, This software is better than other scheduling softwares I have used. The interface and clarity of email notifications is sharp and the functionality of the free version is excellent.
The same applies to setting availability. It can be a bit confusing when blocking off times by day.
I love how easy it is to set up packages and recurring appointments. The Stripe Integration was easy to set up, and I love that there is E-mail Marketing built in.
The shop page looks undesirable to me. so I end up spending time creating a basic webpage on my website. Lack of basic reporting that you can easily run to see recurring payments.
The customer support is AMAZING & take requests to heart. I've had several items requested be updated in the software & it's been awesome to see.

I tried another very popular system and hated it, so I'm very happy to have found Paperbell. I also love how easy it is to embed the scheduler right onto my website, and it looks beautiful.
I was a bit skeptical after finding other semi all in one platforms too complicated and often WAY to expensive but Paperbell takes the cake.

We use Bookedin first, and we switched away from that because they kept increasing the price and it got a little too expensive, and I researched probably 10 other options before I went with Acuity. I chose Acuity because it had capabilities to connect with my Outlook calendar, so I could have everything show up in both spots, and then I could also have our clients schedule appointments directly from our website. Onboarding is very easy to get going. It was a little bit of hiccup with some of the app integrations that they had, but we were able to get going with their customer support agents. I would say for what we use it for, it works perfectly and I'd highly recommend giving it a try at least.

I was using Calendly to schedule all of my clients and also a lot of other Google products, and I was looking for platform that had an all-in-one situation. So, I was comparing Paperbell and HoneyBook, and after utilizing Paperbell and using their free feature for a while, I did come to the conclusion that I wanted to go with Paperbell over HoneyBook and Calendly. I ended up choosing Paperbell as the best platform for my coaching needs, one, because it is built specifically with coaches in mind. So, whether I want to do scheduling or share a resource, build different customizable packages, I could do that all with inside Paperbell, but what made it really appealing and attractive was that it is a very clean interface. There's not a ... you will not get feature overload, which is great, and there's a huge payment plan option, so you can customize all of your different plans inside one place. When I first chose Paperbell, I did not have a client base. So, I was not moving people over, which did make it easier. However, I did use their integration. So, I immediately set up integrations with Xavier, my calendars and emails, a bunch of those different pieces, and it was fairly easy. I did have one question, was able to reach out to customer service, and they answered it right away and offered additional support even beyond what I expected. So, it was very easy to set up. If you're considering using Paperbell as a coaching platform for an all-in-one service need, then I would recommend if you appreciate a clean interface with not overwhelming features, then this is the platform for you. If you need more robust features and integrations, then you may want to look elsewhere.
