Happy Scribe is made for teams of any size who want to reach a broader global audience or make their content more engaging and accessible.
YouTubers, Podcasters, Marketers, Agencies, anyone with a YouTube channel or video content
It's been a great transcription tool for me and is so easy to use. The UI is straightforward and easy to navigate, and the tool does a great job of transcribing your audio files into text.
The fact that there is no option to have unlimited time deal. It's hard to scale up if the time always limited.
It is so easy to use and the transcription quality is amazing. I would highly recommend this tool to anyone looking for an easy to use, accurate speech recognition tool.
Sometimes, the transcription is not accurate and you'll have to spend time transcribing yourself. Also, the video duration or time is limited.
HappyScribe has been able to handle the technical terms and the various accents (I love that there's a choice to indicate what kind of accent it is) better than I expected.
At this point I don't see any actual negatives. I do have one video that has a lot of outside noise and it was harder for the software to be accurate but I am not surprised by that.
This software is so easy to use and you don't need any sophisticated recorder, I use my cell phone and it works just great. It is amazing for dictation.
Can't think of anything I don't like at this time.
It's an amazing tool for productivity. I will recommend if you want to write blog and get help for SEO.
The only downside is that sometimes it needs a bit of manual tweaking.
I like the quality and workflow of this product. Video To Blog is an amazing product since it has a high quality output of the content created from your video.
Sometimes video links don't work which is a pain.
Writing a comprehensive, readable blog in just a few steps—something many tools on the market can't do. They also offer a lifetime deal on AppSumo, which is great since I'm not a fan of subscriptions.
It seems logical to convert an English blog to a Dutch one, but this is more of an area for improvement than negative criticism. I can't comment on the images, as I create those myself.
I also appreciate the seamless integration with platforms like WordPress and Medium, which makes syndicating my posts a breeze and helps increase my content's visibility.
The AI content detection is sometime hit or miss and one other feature it doesnt have but hopefully in the future it does get integrated is a fact checker.
Deb P.: Hi, I am Deb. I'm a life and business coach, and I give Happy Scribe a rating of five out of five. I've been using Otter for the past couple of years, and for the most part I've been satisfied with it, but it is limited in its output formats and I needed something for VTT files and Otter couldn't do it. Otter also recently completely changed their offering, their program for what I got from my level of service, and it didn't work for me anymore. So I was looking for something else. I saw a deal for Happy Scribe and I chose it. Mainly, what I love about it is the possibility to do the VTT files. I chose Happy Scribe for a couple of reasons. The main one for what I'm using it now is the possibility to export files as VTT files for subtitles. I know a lot of people use the SRTs that I need in VTT files and Happy Scribe was one of the few that I could find that did it, and it does it fairly well. And the other reason that I chose Happy Scribe is the option of having a human proofread afterwards. To be honest, I usually do the proofreading myself, but I love having the option of using my credits to have a human make sure that all the typos and the mistakes are corrected. It was very easy to use Happy Scribe. Once I created my account, the user experience is pretty intuitive. I didn't have a learning curve. You just upload your file, let it process, choose your export, choose whether you want it to be machine transcribed, or do you want to add the human proofreading. So yes, very, very easy, intuitive. I highly recommend Happy Scribe to anyone who needs transcriptions done for their business. The particular advantages are having the option to have a human proofread so you don't have to add... cuts off a whole 'nother step to your workflow process of having to proofread it yourself. And also it's really flexible because it has so many different formats you can export to. And like I said, it was the only one I could find that actually did the VTT files for the higher quality subtitles. I find that file to be much better than SRT. So that's my recommendation.
