Researchmanager – Clinical Research Suite vs Vial: Which is a better fit?

This saves the secretariat and its staff a lot of time. It is easy to make overviews on request for investigators or for the competent authority when in need.

No option to select multiple participants to mark as 'missing.

It some times can be a bit slow , that can be frustrating.

At my University, we have been using this software for the past few months to set up a research project and it is a significant improvement than we had before.

Lack of some functionalities, e.g. I switch a lot from 'Self Service > Invitations' to 'CRF Data' to check the level of the reported data by a subject.

The software is easy to use and has very good export options to work with the data during the trial.

Give every document a letter + number is very annoying.

Vial Connect is a one-stop storehouse for information. It's super easy for our clinic to navigate through when needing to quickly retrieve information.

It's not easy to use, can be confusing. We also do not use all features at our office so it's tough to review.

We are much more aware of the day to day progress. VialConnect is extremely responsive and has fixed all issues immediately.

Employers may worry about Vial's CRO services' compliance with regulations and whether they meet the required standards.

I like that the portal is connected to my email account making logging in very easy and accessible without the complications of new login information.
