Demo Wizard vs teamdeck: Which is a better fit?

Among my favorite features, is the ability to SUBMIT AVAILABILITY and to accept new demo requests, all through the portal. Also, ONLINE REPORTING, is great.

Our vendors seem to really struggle using this software, and the few I have talked with have complained about it at length. I worry it is a barrier to us having more active demo's.

It has helped me to better organize my time. The calendar feature is wonderful.

Sometimes I have problems with the reports. I have had trouble trying to save and then go back to finish.

Overall great and very comprehensive platform.

It's frustrating to have to pay money just to schedule a demo. Some grocery chains have their own scheduling system and it's free...that's a much better way to do it.

Reporting is online, standardized and streamlined with all the info and pictures my clients want. Invoicing is now done effortlessly as all the receipts and expenses are in the reports.

A great tool that is easy to integrate and suitable for quick onboarding. We have a big organization to onboard, we needed something light and easy to use that everyone will quickly adopt.

I cannot get notification via email or slack when somebody requests a day off. I only see them on the web version so it means I have to have the page open all the time or I risk missing requests.

It's easy to use and has a very nice interface. Works perfectly for recording my timesheets.

I can deal with it, but once a week the experience with Teamdeck is just frustrating.

It has a fantastic calendar feature, and the time tracking system lets you keep an eye on the progress of your team for a project.

The hover pop-ups get annoying when they don't disappear.

Overall it is a great tool, they have their fair share of challenges trying a new UX that is not seen in similar softwares in the industry.

Imagine 50 people add 10 tracking objects each day. Scrolling through 500 records + 50 empty spaces for "+" symbol for adding new record is just painful.
