CubiCasa vs MRI Palace: Which is a better fit?

They are so helpful and the software app is VERY user friendly. I have used it4 times so far and every Floorplan has been perfect.

I do not find any of the features offered by this application to be inferior.

It’s amazing how accurate your system is measuring the rooms in doing a great job with the layouts. So happy you’re part of my business.

My first floorplan during my trial did not contain this. It would look unprofessional to attach the total square footage manually or with different looking font on an electronic document or print-out.

I love using CubisCasa as it's not only a great product but the support team is always terrific.

In the beginning the editing tool was a little difficult to use.

The ability to customize and add/delete room labels in Quick Edit is great, and CubiCasa has absolutely fantastic Customer Service.

I was disappointed they increased the fees, but its understandable considering their product and service far outpace the limited costs.

The overall reports of ledgers, income etc are fantastic. Love the web base with my touch screen lap top.

The problem with this software is that I have to learn a new programme, always a challenge.

Palace support is great. Most support staff are so good for helping you to solve problem.

They just have alot of glitches that need to be sorted out in Palace Liquid as at the moment its very frustrating for everyone.

Very comprehensive features and very good customization. It is almost suprisingly simple to process some transactions.

This makes the Lost Report wrong for out HO reports & we have to lodge a help request.

Very easy to use, intuitive system and thought through processes. Continually working on creating connections that save time and allow us to function a good rent roll.

As we are still on Palace Live it is the inability to have many windows open at the same time. I look forward to this changing when we get the go-ahead to change to Liquid.
