The overall experience with this software has been great with lots of super features that will make you seem as though you're just right in your work place. I highly recommend this software.
I was very disappointment when my company stopped using this software.
It is dependable and the support team is responsive. I will continue to use it, and would love to see tiered discounts or some sort of appreciation pricing for being a customer for many years.
Some low-level-help is available but useless. Sometimes bugs and crashes.

The application is slow and laggy even with high-speed internet on both ends (local and connected computer). This makes working remotely very frustrating.

I've been using remote desktop on windows for several years, after moving to Mac os this client from apple is a great replacement, especially for admins.
Every now and then, I have to change the IP address to connect to one of my iMacs. It only happens on one, and I'm not entirely sure why it happens, but it does become frustrating.
