The database is good and the subcontractor import function for pricing updates is great.
There are measurements in Junction Boxes and Size Selections that do not pertain to the Product, yet it still shows up as a selection which causes errors, makes no sense.
We have been using Estimation/Maxwell Systems estimating program for over 26 years. It is a fantastic product, on that I would and have recommended to anyone in the market for estimating software.
The vendors inability to make improvements or even fix bugs or error within the program.
There are many functions even after 25 years of using this system that I don't use, but there are many that I do. This software is great and has provided us with winning bids in the 30 to 40% range.
We use to call and get problems resolved right away. Now we have to wait for a call back and I'm not always sitting in my office waiting for calls so I've missed those call backs (frustrating).
Our account manager (Mary Heinz) has been a great help keeping us up to date with the latest software upgrades. We recommend this system over any other estimating software we have tried.
