I liked how InTouch was intuitive and found it easy to implement what I needed for our goals. I was impressed by all its features for a free version.
The support is terrible. It takes days to receive a response to an inquiry if you get a response back at all.
The best aspect of InTouch Tool is its ability to automate LinkedIn connections and messages, streamlining lead generation, prospecting, and sales efforts while prioritizing safety and ease of use.
I am not sure how I can change the market focus during a campaign or leaving out a person when I realize they might be the wrong target during the automated campaign.
I like the ease of setting up my campaigns and then letting InTouch tool do the rest. It's a wonderful time saver for me.
Sometimes this tool has problems finding contacts for follow ups. It's impossible to decide between men and women.

Tried to cancel the billing for our org (4 users), it instead paused, renewed in a couple of months (no renewal notice - which is illegal!).
Their interface is easy to use and understand - all the data is laid out in a clear, concise format. The level of customization is great, and the built in safety features are awesome.

Lack of export features, would look for alternatives now.
