Usage is pretty obvious and intuitive which is nice. You get a free onboarding video call which is super useful to make sure you know how to set it up and start using it.
There are different maximum transaction limits on the plans. Some country specific VAT applications are missing (will come in the roadmap).
MYFUNDBOX helps me stay focused and organized when it comes to staying on top of my online billing. It's so easy to use and is a great time-saver.
The only thing I am really missing at the moment are subaccounts, so I could manage all in one place for my small brands.
Overall, MYFUNDBOX is an excellent payment platform for my solo-business, and looks like a good fit for any size of business.
The only downside is that they don't support Paypal subscription for now. They already committed to release the functionality by Q1 2022, once that has been released my wishlist will be complete.
I was with Zoho Invoice and Subscription and with MyFundBox the system is reliable and ease of use and set up is great.
No subaccounts for those with more trading brands. Payment boxes are also not editable - design and translation.
When I have had any questions, and migrations tasks, the team was super helpful and responsive to help me accomplish my goals.
It appeared to be an issue on their end that affected multiple stores.

ReCharge is overall fantastic. I use the software daily managing our over 600 subscriptions and find it easy to use and make adjustments when necessary.
There have been some buggy issues over the years, however the team at ReCharge is generally quick to respond and get into action with problems that arise.
It is easy to find information. The payment method is secure and it works fine.
I have used other subscription apps for Shopify and ran into tons of issues, such as payments failing and orders being created, and customer portal issues, but ReCharge has never let me down.
