BuildOps vs Calendbook: Which is a better fit?

Definitely a good value - nice offerings at the right price. Great experiences with customer service.

For example, the inability to delete a job that's been created in error and the only option available is to cancel the job and leave it in the system.

There have been great improvements over the past year, and I appreciate all of the time and effort the team has put into these continuous improvement efforts.

So you would think after expressing all this the implementation manager would get some help. No, they let him squirm and struggle.

From the Beginning , Middle and Now they have the best and fastest customer service. Training and implementation with Colleen made what seemed impossible very possible and was a pleasure to work with.

I don't like the glitches, sometimes it will change what you enter or default to previous data.

The speed is amazing and the ability to get to the information you need is so easy because it can be found in many different ways.

I want to be able to change the colors to indicate different types or jobs/workorders. Same with the drop down from the jobs tab.

What i like best about Calendbook is availability of customer support team, anytime we need help, they are always ready to help. It's a good and nice product to manage calendar and appointments.

Pricing worries me because it's a little bit high.

It is the best and greatest scheduling tool which help me to schedule or reschedule my appointments with my clients with this it have user friendly framework and best customer support team.

Too Bad their Customer Service is Non-Existent.

Meeting alerts ease of use are some of the great features of this application. You can integrate it with applications like outlook and google workspace as well.

After purchasing and setting up my account, I asked them to change the name of the account (my error when I set it up initially).

Overall the software is on the road to being a very great alternative for big names at a very affordable rate.

At present, calendbook offers limited integration choices with third party tools, which can be a disadvantages if you require synchronisation of your activities with other productivity.
