I especially like that ANYONE can use it - pretty much everyone uses Chrome (or a Chromium-based browser, like Edge, Brave etc.) and it's super easy to use.
I cannot delete the workspace I created. And sometimes it can miss errors while catching errors.
Overall, it's been super useful and has saved me a lot of time. I have recommended it to a couple of friends and reported bugs to their projects.
Missing features, but that's being worked on from what I understood, so waiting for that. Our engineers were missing the network log, as well as mouse and keyboard inputs.
I like that it's overall usage just involves 3 steps maximum - record -> upload -> share. Having minimal overhead is fantastic for users.
Data ways always missing, was incomplete and so there was a lot of back and forth involved until we were able to pinpoint the bug.
The recordings are useful and clear. The concept of the tool is solid.
It will crash if a page sends out a lot of errors.

No way to chat/reply to customers directly yet, but I know that this is on the roadmap.
And also simplicity of the bug reporting controller used in our apps. They have a very good responsive support team that takes care of you if you need any help.
Rather than spending weeks to try and figure out what went wrong, we're right on top of things and have fixes out in no time.
The SDK is incredibly easy to integrate, and the utility you get out of the service, as it regards to your ability to solve customer problems, is awesome.
Shake team is open to suggestions and will implement it in the next release.
Shake really helps our team to report and debug issues faster. The thing I like most is the simplicity of reporting bugs, and the powerful feature set for our developers.
Had a bit of trouble with deployment, but nothing their customer support couldn’t help out with.
