SpotOn vs Heartland Restaurant: Which is a better fit?

I truly appreciate [sensitive content hidden] helping me solve issues quickly than any other person I talked to. She provided excellent customer service.

Constantly having issues and error warnings. We had to try different downloads and programs and still had issues.

Not only a great POS for restaurants but SpotOn has the most competitive merchant processing rates in the business. Support infrastructure is the best i've ever seen.

So its more of an inconvenience, in order for my phone to ping for a an override I must logged on, so it becomes a slight issue.

Effective and in point and has tons of options for my restaurant, customer service is outstanding, back up router is a huge plus when the Internet goes down you can still be able to operate.

This definitely needs fixed. There is a back up Internet that can be used but won’t turn on unless there is no connection at all.

The reporting capability is great on the website. The customer service from salesperson to installer/trainer has been great.

Always say they will call right back and i have to call 3 or 4 times on same issue before someone solves the problem.

Foodies are really overjoyed with the reward schemes inside heartland Restaurant. They especially adore one plus one free schemes.

There was a bit of a glare when they brought the apparatus over for us to sign nd pay with.

Reliable with reporting on sales in real-time. Outstanding with inventory tracking and control.

What they save in low startup fees, they absolutely kill you on the back end with equipment "rental" fees. We are paying an arm and a leg for equipment where we are locked in to a 3-year contract.

I like how it integrated into the existing system. The reward points programme is what we were looking for and it has reaped benefits for both our customers and the restaurant.

Some features are missing but development is continuing and software update releases happen every month.

It’s an amazing tool that keeps everything in our restaurant running smoothly and our customers happy. The software creates detailed reports that help us to track our restaurant's performance.

Splitting checks sometimes doesn't work as well as it should.
