This is the most GI-specific EHR out there and it does a great job integrating the endoscopy workflow, scheduling, and outpatient workflow. Good document management, faxing integration, usually fast.
Those separate and distinct sections have to be searched for clinical information. To avoid this problem, I often "dual document.
GMED's product is ultimately customizable, so you can become very efficient (of course, you need good IT and SuperUser types, but that's true of any EMR).

I really dislike the documentation forms. They should be fillable forms where spacing and text do not get messed up every time I type a note.
