Ease of use- the interface is user friendly, so training new staff to use it is a breeze. The ability to add/edit/remove billing codes as needed is also extremely useful.

Difficult to navigate, difficult to use, difficult to train new employees, difficult to learn, etc. I've used several different types of software, and this one is the absolute worst.
I also appreciate the high level of customizability that Credible offers, along with its seamless integration with a powerful BI tool like Yellowfin.
Most fields do not carry over from one note to another. The system frequently lags, and updates seem to be rolled out with no warning, and without adequate testing.

The ability to run immediate reports on many data points is a fantastic tool. It also is pretty user friendly in terms of layout and understandability.
This EMR is extremely costly for what it offers and customer service is horrific.
