Knowledge worker teams, from engineering and product to sales and marketing.
The experience has been great customer support is fantastic and reacts promptly. Fellow has really helped take my 1-1's to another level.
When I mark the the action item by mistake it disappears and can not get it back to the list.
So far it's been wonderful. Tons of time saved, way more effective meetings, and there are plenty of resources provided in multiple mediums to help make onboarding seamless for myself and my team.
The "My Action Items" is a bit confusing, as it doesn't automatically pull action items with today's due date into the "today" section.
I have to give a Kudos to the Fellow Customer Support Team as well as the Leadership team for building an amazing community of professionals.
I was confused when I started using the trial. As I chose to use it for 1:1, I didn't have access to use it for team meetings.
Fellow keeps me accountable and on top of everything I need to do, and provides visibility across the organization into meetings, outcomes and outstanding accountabilities.
Nothing really to be disappointed with at this point. I'm just eager to see the functionality they add.
The additional questions (team building, leadership, etc) are great. It helps remote teams to know each other better and initiate conversations on some watercooler.
It can be difficult sometimes to navigate the software.
The product is incredibly easy to use, and my team members have really jumped right in. It's a really clean, useful, fun way to collaborate with each other.
The UX of Objectives is difficult to navigate and we are still finding new easter eggs hidden as we explore it more.
The company itself is great. I appreciate the outreach and support that we've gotten so far.
Using hashtags works but quite inconvenient, and it gets messy when there are multiple objectives.
I love being able to create a to-do list for the day, and I love that the tasks are automatically checked off if they're associated with a calendar event (like a meeting).
The notes and topics section when doing a meeting can be a little confusing. We edit the topic, but it wont save it as a note unless you add a note.
Mike: This is Mike. I'm a VP of customer success. And I give Fellow a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. The business problem that we're solving with Fellow is having a single place for our entire organization, where we can plan out different meetings that we're going to have in advance, store and outline action items, things we expect to tick off in the meeting. But also when we're in that meeting, or even if it's a little bit longer term, more like a project, we can assign out action items, to-dos coming out of this. It can be a one-time thing, it can be a recurring meeting. What I like most about Fellow is the ease of getting started. It has an integration with your calendar so that once you connect those two up, your whole calendar drops into Fellow. It sees what appointments you have coming up, and you can select one. You can make the action items. You're sharing that space with other people on the team, so it's a very collaborative experience. It's just easy for everybody to get started. Fellow's a great product, but I think that they could do more in how they support certain types of meetings. It's great for team meetings and things. I think it could be better for one-on-ones. A one-on-one is a special kind of meeting. I'm there to motivate someone. I'm there to congratulate. Sometimes, unfortunately, to discuss poor performance, and potentially put someone on a performance improvement plan. I think there's a lot that Fellow could do in that specific area, built-in tools and playbooks that would make it more meaningful for special meeting types like that.
