ESET Secure Authentication vs JoinNow Cloud RADIUS: Which is a better fit?

I found that ESA was having a problem recognizing users in the VPN group that didn't have 2FA enabled.

The ease of setup makes this product better than the competition.

When it works fine, when it does not I have found support is useless. I have found functions on the app for Android that tech support does not know about and told them.

It’s a reliable, secure solution that has saved us time and effort. Once it’s set up, it just works in the background, which is exactly what we needed.

Only complaint is a refresh button is not available on all pages.

The admin portal can be hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for.

Terminology across the different products within the platform, and the overall UX is not modern which is contradictory to the offering they're providing.

Super easy to manage users and devices, plus it keeps network security strong without a ton of hassle - simple, powerful and gets the job done. Integrates well with Azure AD.
