The guest user interface is not very intuitive to use. It's also frustrating that guest users can't track their hours when assigned to a task.

Aside from that, there was also this option for communication wherein you can leave feedback or comments so employees can see them.
User Interface has a lot of nice quality of life features, the different views for the projects (i.e. kanban/gantt), reporting features are nice for our managers, and the time allocation.
You cannot easily print a time line w/details. There are many situations at our company when we need to print a timeline and to my knowledge this cannot be done.

Weird lack of 'back' buttons to navigate back a page and instead you have to double click on the browser page back arrow twice.
Customer support is really great. Quick response and quick solution was provided while the tech team works on a solution.
Minor usability irritants (soon to be addressed in the next releases).
Research functionality is quite performant. On personal profile, the explanation for how to evaluate a certain skill helps a lot.
