One dislike is that the recipients gift cards links are susceptible to theft if the email is compromised in some way and ends up in the wrong hands.

I found some of the books are distressing due to the depictions of violence and drug use. The book's conclusion is not entirely clear.

The software does have limited payment options making it hard sometime to recharge the account.
